Digital Delivery Policy

Burnt Performance provides digital products only.

We do not sell or ship physical items.

Please review this policy before making a purchase.


1. No Physical Shipping

All products available on our store are delivered electronically.

We do not:

  • Ship physical goods
  • Offer courier or delivery services
  • Require shipping addresses
  • Provide tracking numbers

All products are delivered digitally.


2. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered after successful payment via:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page
  • An email sent to the address provided at checkout

Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 5–10 minutes depending on your email provider.


3. If You Do Not Receive Your Product

If your product does not arrive within 10 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm your email address was entered correctly
  • Allow a few additional minutes for possible delays

4. Incorrect Email Address

Burnt Performance is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect email entered at checkout.

However, if this happens:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • Provide proof of purchase or order details

Where possible, we will update your email address and resend your product.


5. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing, you agree that it is your responsibility to:

  • Download and securely store your files
  • Ensure your device supports required file formats (such as PDF)
  • Maintain access to your email account

Burnt Performance is not responsible for:

  • Device incompatibility
  • Lost or deleted files after download
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Email provider delays

6. Refunds & Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered under limited circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.
