Refund Policy

At Burnt Performance, we stand behind the quality of our digital systems and the value they provide.

Because all products are delivered instantly in digital format, this policy outlines when refunds may and may not be granted.


1. Digital Product Policy (Important)

All Burnt Performance products are digital downloads.

This means:

  • No physical items are shipped
  • Access is granted immediately after purchase
  • Products cannot be “returned” once accessed

For this reason, all sales are generally final.


2. When Refunds May Be Granted

We will issue a refund under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery of Product

  • You were charged but did not receive access
  • You contacted support and the issue could not be resolved

Technical Issues

  • A verified technical problem prevents you from accessing the product
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Duplicate Purchase

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

3. When Refunds Will NOT Be Granted

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of results (results depend on execution)
  • Misunderstanding of product content
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Incorrect email entered at checkout (we will still help resend access)
  • Downloaded, accessed, or partially used products

  • Resolving access problems quickly

  • Ensuring you receive what you paid for

Most issues can be resolved without the need for a refund.

  • Your full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Order number or proof of payment
  • A clear description of the issue

Filing a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

  • Restriction from future purchases
